Yes they are splitting it into two parts because the book has so many important parts that they can't fit it all into one movie.

RELEASE DATES:
Part 1 = November 19 2010
Part 2 = July 15 2011

I'm pretty possitive that they're splitting it into 2 parts. I think that they're gonna split it around the malfoy manner scene.

As for when there coming out, there will probably be about a year and a half between them or something like that.

I am positive that they are splitting the Deathly Hallows into two part. There is just so much stuff in that book that ties the series all together that you cant take anything out. I also read somewhere that the producers knew that they would be dissapointing viewers if they cut anything out of it :D I CANT WAIT!!!! (I am gonna cry soooooooooooo much though *tears* poor Fred :(

yes its such a long book and thier is so much to take in that they need to do two movies because thiers so much you need to see.

Yes they will split the movies into two. I wish they didnt though. I'd rather them just do a 3/4/5 hour movie. :)
