So, everyone here loves Helena, but I hate it when people go, "zomg, she's so pretty and perfect!". And this whole religion thing, I don't get it
I mean, yes, she's beautiful (you'd have to be blind or dead not to notice it) but she is sooo much more than that. I first see her as an actress, not just a pretty face. I mean, seriously, she's been acting since she was thirteen, and she had to work bloody hard to get to where she is now.
But the one thing that really gets me about *some* of her fans is that they say she is perfect. I hate to break it to them, but she's not. Nobody is perfect. But in my opinion, that makes her even more adorable.
The sleep talking thing is just so unbelivably cute (see her Jonathon Ross interview if you don't know what I'm talking about) and yes, it's a flaw. I love her flaws, and when people say she's perfect, it winds me up, because you've got the actresses that seem perfect, and they are just so incredibly boring as people that they just aren't likeable.
As for Helena's dress sense, sometimes she does wear things that maybe aren't the best, but to be honest, I respect her even more for that, because it takes real guts and self acceptance to not care what people think, and as she's in the spotlight A LOT, there are loads who think about her.
I love the fact that she picks roles that are different. I mean, who else could have pulled off Bellatrix Lestrange? I can't think of anyone else, and her portrayal was so good, that when I read Harry Potter, I always picture her as Bellatrix. That's just one of her tiny roles, as well!
So, OK, this probably seems really spammy so far, but now I'll get to Helenaism. Is it a joke? Because I adore Helena, but I seriously, seriously, cannot even comprehend for one minute thinking of her as a God.
So, please, please tell me that this is a joke.

i respect her as an actress more after Sweeney Todd to honest, i just think she played Mrs.Lovett perfectly!
and i like her dress sense and would love to dress like that but the fact is at the moment i am not in a place where i cant not care what people think (high school pfft)
but hey what can you do
anyway, i would love to join the religion but i am already a Dazlist :p ♥
