I read on one of the spoiler sites that it was coming back Sept 7. But If it says Sept 21 on the NBC site then it's probally Sept 21. (It also says that on Wikipedia, but you really can't trust that one too much)
I went to the NBC website link and it just said in front of the cover of season 3 that new episodes were starting Sept. 21, that doesn't necessarily mean for season 4. I looked all over the site and couldn't get an actual answer for when it starts but different teasers say Sept. 7 so that is what I am guessing.
