Sylar Had A Kid Called Noah Who Called Peter His Uncle And Sylar Called Him His Brother... So Unless Peter Has Different Parents Too Or He Is Just So Close Too Sylar In The Future He Is Like A Brother; Then The Future Must Have Changed... Plus Sylar Hates Noah.
Another Thing Is That Knox Was Alive Working With Claire And Daphne.

Because clare left that piece of glass in sylars head stopping him from regenerating :P but then again??? and I do get what you mean but I think its going to be more of a survival game or something like that, I just think that this next chapter is going to be crap compared to villans I just have a gut feeling about that.
There is one more significant thing that backs up Rock_Smurf_77's theory. In Five years gone, Sylar said 'Nathan had already turned against his own kind when I killed him.' Isn't that what he did now? So,maybe,in explosion future,it WAS Nathan who made people fear their kind and THEN Sylar killed him and took his place....
Its because this show has no direction, means or plans. In the words of tim kring 'We don't have an island to get off' well if he watched lost he would know a good show always has a bigger story that is shown at first.
