Yes, I had the privilege of going backpacking in Yosemite for a little less then a week, the views were spectacular!

Just the once: from Mission Peak to Mount Rose in the SF Bay Area. It took a weekend, so it was pretty light for a backpacking trip. But I enjoyed it all the same!

I went in Payson, Az. It was really fun and the view was great! I really want to go to Scotland to backpack.

Have done several 3-4 day trips into the Olympic National park,and the Cascades on the PCT.Seen some sites that most people will never see.The amount of wildlife is amazing-Bears,Elk,deer,Eagles<Mountaain Goat,Salmon,etc..Also fun in the winter with snowshoes.
