Hollyoaks favourite Russ Owen (Stuart Manning) is to bid a poignant farewell to the Village in an emotional storyline which sees him desperately try to snatch his son.
Estranged from son Max, since the death of his mother Tina McQueen (Leah Hackett), Russ becomes embroiled in a bitter row with her sister Jacqui (Claire Cooper) who is determined to play mum to the little boy.
Tired of being on the sidelines Russ tries to amicably discuss access with Jacqui who immediately denies him any opportunity to see his son. Fuelled by anger and the desperate need to be with his son Russ resorts to desperate measures. But will an enraged Russ finally escape the clutches of the McQueens?
