This game is simple. One comes up with a disease and describes the symptoms, then the others have to guess which disease it is.
They might also ask questions to find out more about the disease (can it be treated with penicillin? is it contagious? is it a rare disease? ), but since we aren't doctors it might be possible that we don't know the answer, in this case we just say that we don't know. <3

I live in the tropes. My symptoms are headache, vomiting, nausea and diarrhea. Also I feel very weak and dizzy, i had abdominal cramps before and I think I also hallucinated.

I'm not on prescription medicines, I don't have a fever (at least i think so XD) and I don't think I've been exposed to carbon monoxide.
did anyone else that ate the same food as you get sick?
are we allowed to order tests?
id do a full blood work up and a stool sample to test for parasites/bacteria

no bacteria...i think no parasites in my stool either :S XD and yeah, there are toxins in my blood...your turn to guess which lol
um...gastroenteritis, salmonella, shigellosis, campylobacter, E Coli, toxoplasmosis, listeriosis, botulism
so no bacteria, no parasites, you're not preggers which means no toxoplasmosis so... its a virus.
im gonna go with norovirus.
it's important that this illness is common in only tropical waters, particularly the Pacific and Caribbean^^ -> no viruses, it's connected with microorganisms, but I don't think you would find them in the stool..
