well, in a a nutshell, They first met at the campus bookstore, where apparently House worked...Cuddy gave him her syllabus and after skimming it, House pretty much told her she's over-ambitious, has something to prove, and knows how to party. ^_^

They tracked each other down later on at a party. then the one-night stand happened. House meant to call cuddy afterwards, but he got expelled the next morning. Pretty much, House has always had a thing for cuddy. ;)

I'm not sure if that'll make sense to you, considering I'm still all jittery from the episode hahaha.
