She's much stronger and more confident than Cameron. As cute as Cameron is, I think Cuddy is a better match for House because she knows how to put him in his place!
I prefer Cuddy, because I have this ship... I know, there aren't actually evidences, but so what? A girl can dream... Ok, Cameron/Foreman would make me smile if it happened. :D
I would be happy with either, but I think House/Cuddy is more practical, and much more likely. Even though Cameron has loved House since... forever, I don't think it would work.
I love them both, but I think Cuddy has a much more honest view on House and all his little issues! lol, and I think she can handle them better, not to mention after the whole birthing a baby twice, I think House was seriously considering children and the whole philosophy on why people have them.
Definitely Cuddy and House. There's totally sexual tension, besides the fact that they've done it before... lol. But I just don't really like Cameron with House, she's too young for him. Plus, she's not as pretty as Cuddy. If she's with Chase, that's fine, whatever, since in real life, wouldn't that work out swell for the engagees?
cameron/house because the tension between the two has been building since season one, where as the tension between house/cuddy has just built up to a friendship....
I think House/Cameron is more unexpected than House/Cuddy.Considering the fact that House MD is totally unpredictable House/Cameron would be more interesting.
House/Cuddy is much more realistic and would be the one that would last longer. They both understand and respect each other a lot (even though they would obviously deny that) and have gone through so many things together.
House and Cuddy! I love the scenes between them, it´s so funny! When Wilson were going on a date with Cuddy in season 2, House said: You´re too nice for her to like you, she's not needy enough for you to like her. Two things that are matching House perfectly.
House and Cuddy are practically soulmates.They're similar but not the same by any means.Very much the way Mulder and Scully were on X-Files.They have tons of sexual tension and each of them knows the other better than they would admit.

Picked Cameron cos I'm a sloppy ol' romantic at heart and I can't help but love the whole Jane Eyre/Rochester dynamic. However I wouldn't mind Huddy either and I think that's what the show is going for... but I think it will be just a fling, most probably House will end up alone at the end of the series.
House and Cuddy would make a much more entertaining couple to watch. I must admit I never really got Cameron and even less so now that season 4 is on : where are the writers going with her character ? but I have to agree with Mitty : I don't see a happy ending for House with either of them.
Cameron and House definitely has more spark and love. The practical couples are House/Cuddy - Cameron/Chase but come on there is something going on between these two.
Being a hopeless romantic I can't ignore the spark between House/Cameron. From my point of view Cameron has no control over how she feels about House, but unrequitted love can only last so long. I would love for something to happen between them.
Huddy! The scences with them together are awesome, you can see all the sexual tension. They're similar in more ways than they'll admit and they'r perfect for each other!
when i watched the first episode of house, i thought house and cameron were cute together (it was the scene where she was on the motorcylce with him. huddy or hameron, you have to admit that was an "awwww" moment) but then i saw a scene with house and cuddy, and that just blew me out of the water.
i think "huddy" rox! i mean camerons nice, but cuddy calls house on all his stuff! you can sense the love hidden beneath the insults and sexual tension! MUAHHAHAHA!
