House/Cuddy (Huddy) - Bitter End 

After House got shot he was injured so badly that he fell in a coma.
While he is in coma his thoughts revolve about Cuddy, especially the times when he rejected her. His mind and reality mingel and he mixes up past with present. When he finally wakes up he sees Cuddy sitting beside his bed. He fell in coma again but now his thoughts are about the good times he spent with Cuddy.
But this time House doesn't wake up anymore.

I LOVE THIS SONG! It was used in a Bones video once and I just had to learn it. Great video! Very sad but touching.
