Has Cobie had her baby or did they just hide it really well in the finale?

When she was wearing the yellow shirt at the end, it didn't look like she was pregnant at all. But when I did a search to see if she had the baby nothing came up. In the last few episodes it's been really obvious that she was pregnant.

They shot the last episode before they shot the previous 3 so that Alyson Hannigan was in it too, before she took her baby break and Cobie hadn't had a baby bump yet.
