this one he just wanted to see what happens..

but in this even though it wasn't real he thought it..he wanted to apologize and want her to help him.

He imagined his life would be so much better with Cuddy, if he just opened up. He was right, it wasn't a complete false hallucination, it was a truthful one. House is his own worst enemy :(

Without a doubt, this one is more meaningful.

House needed her so much and the way he said it was really honest. When he finds out in BSN it was an hallucination, the "I told you I needed you, you helped me" are so heartbreaking.

Despite the whole hallucination of it all, that line just defines his relationship with Cuddy. He does need her and deep down his mind knows that. With everything they've been through, even when Wilson--his GREATEST friend--abandoned him, Cuddy was there to not only be by his side, but tried mending things back. He really does need her in his life. She is a PART of his life. Same goes for her.
