hey you say that juggaloes are not a gang. but here you have them beating people up. starting fights. taking things away from invalids. and they call themselves juggaloes. in this city you need to have a meeting and explain to them what a juggaloe is and how they suppose to act. cause here they are to the point that icp's name is going to be known as gang affliated. please someone do something.
