Junior Iron Chef

If you had the chance to participate in a Junior Iron Chef would you? I mean come on who wouldn't? Well here in Oklahoma they are having one. Its the first annual and they are making it very realistic. Although they are having four teams we all get to have a mentor chef, there will be three judges and they said a suprise chef will be appearing. I'm lucky enough to have been choosen. At 15 years old I'm getting to start my dream. They even have a "secret ingredient" well it just which meat we could use. One hour two burners and the only thing avaliable to us is running water (maybe) so it is about as realistic as you can get other than being on the show. Have an of you heard of such thing around where you live?
Just wondering because this is new around here and trust me I've been wanting to be a chef since I was like 3 so I know it's never taken place.
