I'm wondering why there seems to be a bias against Chef Morimoto's style from the american judges. Now, I haven't seen ALL of the ICA episodes, but of all the ones I've seen Morimoto battle in he's only won one (due to his challenger not completing enough dishes), and tied one, all the rest he's lost.
I'm American and I personally think the US judges have lousy palates and no taste for true cuisine. I mean in what world would Bobby Flay be able to really beat Morimoto. There's only so many grilled veggies and chipotle dishes a person can eat.
