Berlusconi At The European Parliament 

this was used against Berlusconi but its actually for him. everyones laughing and when he says the word "kapo" the guy on the left hand side of the deputy turns around to prevent Mr. Schussl to see him grinning
he's saying "you who are trying to block the EU President's words [Berlusconi's] should come to Italy to visit but here you are democracy tourists, democracy tourists"

"Mr. Schussl (or however u spell it) in Italy i know there's a director who's mounting a video about nazi concentration camps. i'll propose you as the kapo"
