He has to!! He signed a 10 year, 3 album deal with Live Nation in April '08; right after "American Gangster" He owed 1 album to Def Jam but I believe he bought that contract (and album) out.
Soooooo.... He has at least 2, maybe 3 albums he is under contract (which, BTW, is worth $150 MILLION..yes million) for.
