At the end of the day, Joe couldn't help but watch Demi and Sterling say goodnight to each other. It was sort of cute but it felt mostly weird... "Night Demi, I'll see you in the morning." He kissed her, it lasted all of two seconds; that was too long for Joe to watch.
"Goodnight Sterling." She said after he had already started walking away. She sighed in contentment and went into her hotel room.
She seemed happy with him. So Joe wasn't going to tell Demi about how much he hated Sterling, it wouldn't change much.

The next morning after breakfast...
Demi and Sterling were still together, Joe was still jealous. Nick and Kevin still didn't have a clue about what was going on... so really, not much had changed.
"So what should we do now?" Kevin asked.
"We should go to the mall... it's always fun to go shopping, especially when there are fans screaming all around you." Joe responded to his brother's question. Demi smiled; she loved her fans.

Joe had been watching this whole thing from his hotel room. He had his door slightly open.
"No, that's not crazy, what's crazy is why you would do this. I can't even trust you anymore." She said with tears in her eyes.
She looked into his eyes, trying to get him to realize how much he'd hurt her. "Yeah, whatever. I've got a girlfriend that I need to go see." He started walking away as if nothing had happened.
"Sterling wait!" She grabbed his arm, trying to pull him back, knowing it was possible that she could get him back and they could work things out. Sterling violently pushed her off, knocking her to the ground. Joe didn't care if they would know he was watching; he immediately got out to protect Demi. He dropped right beside her. She looked crushed, she really liked Sterling. She didn't know why it had to end like this, and she blamed herself for not seeing this.
"Dem, are you alright?" She blinked back tears and shook her head.

Author’s Note: I wanted to point out that I spent days writing and rewriting this to make it absolutely perfect. So I hope you all like it.
“It’s been three hours since Sterling promised that I’d never hear her name again and I’ve already seen her. It’s no wonder Sterling chose her over me. She has the perfect blonde hair with light brown highlights in the perfect places, the perfect brown eyes, the perfect height, which is about 5’ 8’’, and the perfect body… she just looks perfect.”
Joe smiled, “She’s probably not as beautiful as you.”
Demi eyed him suspiciously. “No, she’s probably a million times more beautiful than me.” She didn’t think her intense black hair, chocolate brown eyes, height of 5’ 2’’, and tiny body was attractive. But Joe did. Though she didn’t know that…
“Dems, that’s not even possible.”
“Yeah, sure…” She said sarcastically.
