As the title suggests, this is a small, short, sweet drabble written during the down period at work. I don't own any characters of Camp Rock but i did make up one. Please review. Hope you enjoy.
Boy has my life changed for the better, thought Joe as he gazed at the small pink blanket bundle in his arms and the beautiful baby girl wrapped in it. He couldn't believe it, he was a daddy to little Miss Amelia Elizabeth Jonas, the most beautiful, calm, sweetest girl in the world.
Well next to his beautiful wife, he thought as he glanced over to the hospital bed where Demi was struggling to stay awake and was bathed in sweat and was so tired after doing a terrific job of giving birth to their little angel but was fighting the sleep in order to get some more cuddle time with her new daughter.
Baby Mia already had stolen his heart, just like everytime he saw an ultrasound picture of her or felt a kick, and had him wrapped around her finger, just like Demi had teased him about if the baby had been a girl, and she wasn`t even an hour old. She was definitely a Daddy`s girl and would always be.
``Mia, mommy and daddy love you so much and will always be there for you and will try our hardest to protect you from the world`s harshness and the public`s eyes. You never need to look over your shoulder to see what goons are going to come out of the bushes, your mommy and I are going to make sure that you have a normal life`` Joe whispered in the tiny ear.
``I can tell that you are going to be one of those dads that are going to be overprotective of their girls and will drill every guy who comes four feet of her and make him do an application to date Mia. I think that I will be coming home to you dressed up with your hair done up playing tea party with Mia`` Demi joked as she held open her arms for the tiny bundle.
Joe laughed as he just shook his head in agreement as he placed Mia into her mommy`s arms. Mia started to fuss so Demi put her down on her lap, slipped off one side of her gown and let Mia settle down for her first meal. Joe put his arm around Demi and looked lovingly at both of his girls, at his family. It doesn`t get better then this.
