Why do i think that?
Because, well, let me start from the beginning shall i?
They met with a kiss - sure the kiss wasn't meant to be for her, but how coincidental is it that Serena is wearing a yellow dress just like Jenny? o.k. its not that big of a coincidence but still, who's us to judge fate? and not to mention that the clock was close to striking midnight, how Cinderella is that?!
After that he went to find her. He went and got her a box of chocolate, yes part of it was so that she wouldn't tell Blair about what had happened at the masquerade ball but he could've just asked right? he didn't need to go out and get chocolates for her, but he did anyways, and the look jenny gave Blair when she sat down with Nate was pure jealousy, it was written all over her eyes and when he looked at her it look so apologetic.
Blair's birthday party - they both sat at some random steps for hours talking about their personal life. I mean he couldn't even tell Serena or Blair or Chuck even on what was going on but he did tell Jenny and Jenny didn't tell anyone how she felt about everything thats happening with her family and yet she told...

Look at this Jenny&Nate fans -
