Just saw this picture of Jessica and Leighton out shopping in SoHo New York on Glamourmagazine.co.uk. They seem to be pretty good friends actually - which is funny because they are such enemies in the show!
I really like Jess's Phantom of the Opera sleeveless T-shirt. The Phantom of the Opera has been running in London like FOREVER so this is the kind of top you would pick up in the gift shop - so really quite uncool! But Jess makes it look really rock 'n' roll with the cut-off sleeves and slouchy style, especially worn with those super-skinny jeans, trendy sandals and the studded bag.
The only thing I'm not loving (for once) is those sunglasses - its a personal thing but I much prefer Leighton's. Sorry Jessica!
Note the chunky ring on her index finger - she really likes statement jewellery.

Wow wow wow! Love love love this dress!!! Jessica doesn't look so happy here, but she's got her script in her hand so I'm putting it down to her being in the zone and remembering her lines...she certainly shouldn't be unhappy about this outfit anyway!
Although the weather is pretty rubbish here in London, I'm really into summer maxi dresses at the moment, and this one is really fashionable because it mixes a graphic animal print with a colour-pop side which is really unusual. It looks light and floaty and really perfect for summer in a hot city.
Her hair is so glossy here and her make-up is really polished too, but the flip-flops are throwing me - is this an on-set outfit or is this her own dress? What do you think?
I'm loving the ghetto-fabulous jewels too - Lily Allen would definitely approve! (I've just read that Lily has designed a jewellery range, can't wait to see that!)

I'm not a big fan of the Gossip Girl series 3 storylines being leaked - personally I prefer to watch it each week, builds up the expectation! - but I really like that the pictures are coming out. So much of the show is about what they are wearing, not in the same way as Sex and the City where the clothes were almost like another character you loved to watch, but as a way of expressing who their characters are.
Anyway, this picture of Jessica in this super-cool outfit really caught my eye - it seems Vanessa's look is getting a bit sexier next season, but it still has that trademark eclectic edge. She's got great legs so can definitely pull off those tiny shorts - the tribal look really works for her - and the jewelled vest adds a really glam edge (especially as its for daytime) that works with all that other jewellery she's got going on. Another fabulous look!
