Over the decades of American comedic history, there have been just a few truly iconic comedy couples - George & Gracie and Lucy & Desi come to mind.
I submit that Jimmy (Kimmel) & Sarah (Silverman) have the opportunity to join those rarified ranks as the current reigning comedy couple in America.
Every time the two of them share the stage it's magic. The 5th anniversary show of Jimmy Kimmel Live is just the latest example.
Self-deprecating, hilarious, quick-witted are just a few of the descriptions of their comedic chemistry.
I hope they stay together forever ... going on to make us laugh for many more years to come.
