Okay heres the thing Jorja Fox is so good at acting but then she quit csi. Why did she quit csi? I'll tell you why because the director never renewed her contract and she felt that she needed time to think about what they where doing to her on the show once they tried to blow her up then they trapped her under a car to teach Gil Grissom a lesson. Now they are doing there best to get sara back into the show some of her other roles in other movies and show where great to but I think that this is the best role again they choose only the best and when I become an actress I hope to be as good and successful as Jorja Fox is she is going to be back on the show and will still be the best girl for the role

Actually, according to official releases and statements, that's not what happened at all. Mendolson et all WANTED Jorja to stay, and had always intended on having her live through the Living Doll/Dead Doll episodes. The reason Jorja left was because she wanted to pursue other things before she "past her prime" in the acting world. It's not a battle between them, this was Jorja's decision and they respected it.

She's coming back upon their request (now that Gary is gone) but we don't know how long she'll be staying.
