Roxas doesnt have a heart, and like most organisation members, has no feelings. It was shown on KH2FM that Axel is the only person that Roxas has actualy has true feeling when around.

It's a yes no situation Nobodies don't have hearts and their not to supposed to be able to have feelings, but if you play KH2 Roxas says "His heart belongs to him" And Roxas actually is the only nobodie to show true feelings. So I guess at the same time yes but also no

Roxas may possibly have a heart since when Sora became a heartless, Kairi brought him back with her light. And since his becomeing a heartless created Roxas AND Namine, maybe Roxas got sora's heart, hence part of the reason sora's memories couldnt be restored without him.

well sora had 2 hearts so its a maybe for that...but then theres xion in 358/2 days that might have a heart and he absorbs her to get 2 keyblades...and to the first person who answered this doppler- roxas isnt a heartless sora was the heartless!hes a nobody...and i say he does have a heart!
