They've broken up. Im 100% sure coz on kristen's recent interview on access hollywood. She said or was asked something about breaking with up with someone and she said " he knows who he is". So sure they're not together anymore.
From my observation, I'm sure Kristen and Michael aren't together anymore. They have recent fights, but between the months of April and May the two officially split up. Kristen Stewart will not be speaking of it especially because of the fact she values her privacy and it's not in our place to know everything she does in her life.
