Patrick J. Warburton (born November 14, 1964) is an American television actor and voice actor. He is best known for his TV roles of David Puddy on Seinfeld, the title role of The Tick, and the evil Johnny Johnson on News Radio. He is also known for providing the voice of Ken in Bee Movie, Kronk in The Emperor's New Groove and Kronk's New Groove and The Emperor's New School, bodyguard Brock Samson on The Venture Bros., wheelchair-bound Joe Swanson on Family Guy, Steve Barkin on Kim Possible, and the wolf in Hoodwinked, amongst others.
