I am afraid I will really be let down. Jimmy Fallon just laughs at everything constantly out of nervousness I think. Makes me feel like a mental case, lol.
I watched the first two, I cannot say how much I cringed in embarrassment watching it. Jimmy, man, you need to learn how to talk and ocmmunicate. And this is with people he knows and is comfortable with! I can't even imagine what's going to happen when Tina Fey and Justin Timberlake stop showing up, and some random girl from Rock of Love pops by, what will he do then?
I'm somewhat ecstatic that I didn't watch Conan in the early days, only because I don't think I would've given him a chance like I'm doing now with Jimmy. I'm ready to write him off, but hopefully he can prove me wrong and make his mark.
Here's the thing though, Conan, at least, had an excuse for sucking. He had never done anything in front of a camera before, minus a few background positions on SNL. He was a completely fresh face, unknown to all. Jimmy, however, was on SNL for 5 years, is an actor, has done multiple things revolving around cineama and television, and yet...
