Some shows that I'm currently watching (and enjoying) are Law & Order CI, Dollhouse, True Blood, Castle's not too bad either. But I'm not really into OTH, Greys, Ghost Whisperer, Charmed etc. so I'm not sure if we have the same taste....

Some old TV shows that are worth checking out (I know you said you have probably watched them already but you may not have seen these) are Six Feet Under, The Wire, OZ, sopranos... All very good :D

Law and Order CI or In Plain Sight. I really enjoy IPS and Bones so I would try that first. :) Hope this helped.

I've recently gotten really into Burn Notice, it's awesome! I also love Monk and Royal Pains and IPS of course. Also, House is pretty amazing.

House, True Blood, Mad Men, Dexter, and Burn Notice. House is my favorite though.
