Elliot had always had trouble at home, but nothing as bad as this...
He always had someone to talk to with Kathy and the kids at home,
but not this time.
He always found reliance in Olivia.
So, he went to her apartment.
She had invited him in, as usual..
oblivious of what was wrong with Elliot.
As they sat down on the couch, a tear slid down his face...
'What's the matter?', Olivia said.
'Kathy left me, Olivia.' he said.
Then tears flowed down is face as he buried his face in his hands.
He'd always hated showing his emotions... especially around Olivia
Olivia rapped her arms around him, trying to comfort him.
''It's okay, Elliot. It'll all be okay.'' she said, reassuringly.
"I know it will be Olivia. I'm just worried about the children.'', he said.
He embraces her, yet again... but this time, he gently places his lips on hers...
and for a moment of ecstasy, they loved each other.

"That should do it on the papers for the DeMarco case" Elliot said to Olivia. "It only took us four hours" Olivia replied grabbing her coat. "Everyone's probably asleep at my house so I'll have to sneak in." Elliot said. Olivia smiled as she walked out to her car. He waved goodbye and began the drive home.
When Elliot arrived home he knew no one was waiting for him. He had told Kathy that he would sleep at the station. He walked through the dark house toward the bedroom. He opened the door and turned on the lamp by the bed. He stopped. Kathy wasn't there. He tried to control his emotions, he couldn't jump to conclusions. That always caused problems. He would wait. That was all there was to do.
Kathy stumbled in the bedroom door at 4:10. Elliot looked at her with astonishment and a little bit of anger. He had been waiting 4 hours. "Where have you been?" Elliot asked angrily. Kathy stood in silent shock. "My answer?" Elliot almost yelled. "I-I-I was...at Sabrina's" Kathy replied. "I'll call her" he replied picking up the phone. "No!" she yelled. "So where were you KATHY?"
