I mean Liv always keeps her personal life separate from her work one, and I think that she'd be even more secretive about it because she'd be seeing another woman. Regardless, I doubt it would happen because Stephanie March is only going to be appearing in a few episodes (six I think?) and it would be kinda weird if they got together and then Alex disappeared again all of a sudden.
