To the CW company,
You've made a mistake. The people who watched "Life is Wild" want it to come back. For some reason the numbers and ratings for the show didn't do it justice, but the fans obviously want it back for more seasons than just one. After the show was cancelled and removed from the official CW website, many have been devastated to hear that their favourite show has been cancelled and will never come back. The end of the first season left us all with more questions, and with the idea that another season may return because of the inadequate season finale that was misleading in many ways. With the new technology of online streaming and DVR recording, maybe the numbers were not correct. But I know that fans have been watching the show online since it was cancelled and have been wondering if it will ever make a comeback.
In my opinion, Life is Wild was the only show that had the diversity and the wildlife of Africa that kept us all intrigued, with a hint of American drama. It doesn't in the least compare to Wild at Heart and I think that it easily surpasses it. The CW did a great job making the show in the first place, and it doesn't seem fair that it ended so abruptly the way it did.
If it was brought back, it could be even better than before. Fans may want it back for many different reasons, but the core thing is that they do want it back for more seasons to come. If the CW is worried about ratings and about the number of viewers, then they should revamp it to make it compete with the popularity of such shows as gossip girl. To make it come back in a more modern way with the advertisements that Gossip Girl, 90210, One Tree Hill, and all of the poular shows that are on television right now, I think that it could be one of the greatest shows on television.
In conclusion, the CW should bring it back, and make it even better than it was, show us the landscapes of Africa, pump up the drama that was already there, and make the fans proud that their favourite show starts with the CW.
