This is my theory as posted on lost-theories.com
I’ve read and heard a lot of theories with respect to the fact that the island moved to the past and more specifically to the Dharma era.
The answer to whether the island has moved in the past or the future has already been given to us throughout season four. To be precise:
1. Season 4 episode 13-14: Locke and Ben Enter the Orchid Station, Ben asks Locke to watch the orientation tape. In that Tape Dr Halliwax makes a demonstration of the experiments that take place to that station. More specifically he explains how he is going to “shift a subject 100ms ahead in four-dimensional space. For the briefest of the moments the animal will seem to disappear but in reality…” and the video goes backwards.
2. Season 4 episode 9: flash-forward of Ben after he has moved the island the date according to the receptionist is 24th October 2005.

First off, it's my birthday! So direct all birthday wishes this way loyal readers! (I'm 20, but don't let it be widely known)
Naomi Dorrit this week revealed more about what had happened to Oceanic Flight 815. She said that they had sent down 'little robots with cameras' and bodies were seen and well, I think that it's a fake.
Hanso could have easily set up something like that, and it's very likely that the producers will want to focus on Hanso in the next season, as thanks to (I wanna say 'rodthemod') we got some stills from the trailer showing a DHARMA banner.
A resolution to Sawyer's story made me happy, and the brutal way in which he killed 'The Real Sawyer' was fantastic. Seeems I was right from last week's soapbox article about Anthony eh? Even though it's damned obvious. Seems like he could be killed off now, but I can imagine the proar from the female fans if they did kill him (and some male fans too I guess).

I never got the chance to see lost on tv when it started due to the fact i never got round to it so i missed every epsiode up until around 2 month ago when virgin media had the first two season on demand. So i gave lost a try and fell in love with it and soon realized that in fact it was better that shows such as heroes and prison break, dont get me wrong i love heroes and prison break but the shows are nothing compared to lost hes a list why its the best.
5.Flashbacks, Every show has flashbacks on the odd episode here and there but lost takes it to the extreme giving some would say too much detail on its characters.
4.characters, yes i know stupid thing to put at number 4 but losts characters have so much depth to them compared to other shows. Heroes has Hiro who lets face it in the second season was not as fun, lost has Hurley he has been a great character all the way and dont forget charlie.
