[FLASHBACK]
[We see a boy arrange some tools on the ground near a car up on blocks. He opens the hood, and we see a man, David, approach carrying a duffel bag.]
DAVID: You got that thing running yet, buddy?
YOUNG HURLEY: Naw, but I got your tools all set.
DAVID: Let's see if we can get this thing started, okay?
YOUNG HURLEY: I thought we needed a new carburetor?
DAVID: Well, maybe we don't. Come on, slide behind the wheel. Let's fire this up.
[They get in and he hands the keys to a reluctant Hurley.]
DAVID: What's the matter? Go ahead.
[Hurley closes his eyes and silently prays as he puts the key in the ignition. He turns the key, but it doesn't start.]
YOUNG HURLEY: It's stupid. Without a new carburetor it's not going to work.
DAVID: Having hope is never stupid. You've got to believe good things will happen and then they will. You understand what I'm saying? [Hurley nods] In this world, son, you've got to make your own luck. Alright, come on.

Karl runs through the jungle. He reaches the shore, and grabs a canoe, setting off with a paddle around the Island]
[Inland, Jack leads a group of survivors: Desmond, Charlie, Kate, Sawyer, Claire, Sayid, Juliet, Jin and Hurley]
CHARLIE: Anyone want to venture a guess as to what Jack's going to be showing us out here in the middle of nowhere?
HURLEY: I dunno. Stuff. Probably secret stuff.
CHARLIE: Why does everything have to be such a secret? How about some openness for a change?
[Desmond pauses]
HURLEY: We kept the parachute lady secret.
CHARLIE: Ah, that's different.
CLAIRE: Different how?
CHARLIE: Well, because we weren't out there playing football with them...
[Charlie notices Desmond has paused]
CHARLIE: What?
DESMOND: Nothing.
CHARLIE: Wait. You had one of your flashes again, didn't you?
DESMOND: No, Charlie, I didn't.

First, I would like to thank you all of you guys for voting for me... I really love this spot and the people who are a part of it ♥
1. First of all, when and how did you get into lost?
Well, when I was in my senior year in high school I have a few of my friends all crazy about this new tv show that had aired, even my mom was watching it.... well they talked so much about LOST that I started being curious about it.... But I didn't had the time because of the exams I had in the end of the year, then with holidays and with the start of college I let it go.... But in the end of my 1st semester in college and with the start of my 1st round of exams (here we have "holidays" to study for exams) I was so tired of studying all morning and afternoon and I needed smth to get my head out of exams and I remember that tv show all my friends talked about and I decided that it was a great time to give it a try.... I gave and I start watching from the begining here on the internet... and it was love at first sight xP lol
