if you mean manga i think School Rumble, Mamotte! Lollipop, and Ouran High School Host Club fit the bill ^-^

You should really watch peach girl and school rumble their are both awesome shows but i like peach girl better because it has a better ending

the best ones I've read/watched would be shugo chara, fruits basket or peach girl it has romanic moments,funny ones too and some action to make it the perfect manga/anime .
