Excellent link Karen,makes for an interesting read.I think Michael is right drugs,lack of education and no prospects are large factors as to why there are so many gangs today ! but there is very little help or hope for these (Mainly)young men.

I agree with him too. We have the same problems here and nobody ever seems to be able to come up with a solution for them.
