Yes i would try and get him to stop because, if i was his friend i would deaply care for him and i wouldn't want him to get hert our possably die. At that age smokeing could really hert his body, and if i was a really good friend to him and let him know how much i care and love for him i would guess that he would stop. But if he dosen't then i would say you just lost a friend good luck in life as you still have one.
