Yes there is a clare's dairy it is the picture right next to the red headed creepy looking person on the website at the top.

Yes, there is a diary for Claire. Go to racelcaine.com, put your mouse over the Morganville button, got to Visit Morganville, and then click on Glass House. There you will find the diary of Michael, Eve, Shane, and Claire. Enjoy!
