i really don't know. i think it's about like this girl who breaks his heart and she already broke it and he learned to put up a "paper heart" around him, so it wouldn't matter if she broke his heart but he doesn't want he 2 break it again. so he makes a paper heart so he won't get hurt. i don't really know. i'm just guessing. what did u think it was about?
