The New England Patriots agreed to terms with two more of their 2008 Draft picks; Linebacker Shawn Crable and quarterback Kevin O’Connell. Terms of the deals were not available.
The New England Patriots signed second-round pick Terrence Wheatley on Tuesday, leaving only top pick Jerod Mayo unsigned among their draftees two days before the start of training camp. The cornerback Wheatley started 28 games in four seasons at Colorado and had 14 interceptions, two for touchdowns.
New England Patriots offensive lineman Nicholas Kaczur pleaded guilty in an upstate New York court Tuesday to speeding, but will have a misdemeanor drug charge dismissed if he avoids trouble for six months.
