Nicole Richie Launches Shoe Line, Twists Knife in Rachel Zoe’s Back 

Even if you can’t have Nicole Richie’s oft-discussed (and debated) petite frame, soon, you’ll be able to at least score her shoe style. According to WWD, for spring 2010, Ms. Richie will be adding footwear to her House of Harlow 1960 label.
