The show took place in a department store and at night when the store closed the mannequin came to life and danced and sang and was friends with the store clerk (a woman), when the store opened and people came around, he froze back into a mannequin. That's all I remember! There were little puppets and stuff too...Does anyone remember this show and what the name of it was? It was probably from the late 80s.
I think you're talking about the show Today's Special. The mannequins name was Jeff and he had a magical hat. Here's a link to the you tube video of the shows intro.
