I love OTH, don't get me wrong, but here are just a few of the false conclusions I would have fallen victim to if I wasn't such a rational, mature, worldly young woman.lol This is just for fun,I mean no offense to anyone who watches the show religiously, for I at one time did. I'm picking fun at the misguided notions that OTH portrays as the facts of life...Tree Hill Style. Hope you enjoy!
1. There must be no optometrists in Tree Hill. Lucas Eugene Scott clearly needs eyeglasses. He spends approximately 90% of the show with his eyes squinted up straining to see. The simple solution to this would be to go to an eye doctor and get glasses or contacts! But that just wouldn’t be as “sexy” I suppose and wouldn’t have given him that uncanny Broody look! Therefore, we are stuck watching him as pitiful as it is. Note to CMM: the only time your Mr. Broody look is appropriate is when you are having unscripted eye sex with Ms. Cheery. Otherwise you just look like a half blind, possibly constipated, tool bag!

I would just like to say that I love the fight! I have never seen so many people willing to express their opinions on one single issue. I am a Leyton fan and I must say that some Brucas fans have put an interesting perspective on my thoughts and feelings towards them.
The fans are great! Everyone is loyal and caring. People really listen and in my opinion sometimes get a little too defensive, but overall the war has really brought people together and makes people really listen. The fans are caring and considerate towards each other and that is what makes the fight really interesting and unique!

James Lafferty, star of the locally filmed TV series “One Tree Hill,” broke some bad news on the OTHfans.com Web site this week. He won’t be holding a charity basketball game this year in Wilmington as he has for the past five years. The game has been a big hit with fans who get to buy “One Tree Hill”-related merchandise and take photos of the cast and crew competing on the court. Last year, more than 1,300 fans paying $25 each packed the stands of Cape Fear Community College’s Schwartz Center. Lafferty’s publicist released a statement to the site explaining why he canceled this year’s event: “I will not be holding a charity basketball game this year. As a result of constant harassment and gross invasions of privacy via e-mail and telephone, targeting myself, my friends and even my family, I no longer feel comfortable holding a fundraiser in such an intimate setting with fans. It is frustrating and discouraging that a few have ruined it for the many this year, and I hope that myself and the show have the opportunity to be charitable again in the future under different circumstances. I am not speaking on behalf of any of my cast, or the show as a collective. This...
