You Know You Love One Tree Hill When...

1. You would give anything to drive a Mercury Comet or see one in person. 2. You frequently compare your favorite couple to couples in movies or tv shows that end up together in the end 3. You quote it ALL of the time…so constantly that it drives your friends crazy! : D 4. When you hear that your friends are randomly watching an episode of one tree hill you insist that you must tell them EVERYTHING that has happened so far so that they can fully understand what is going on 5. You have trouble staying quiet when you are rewatching episodes of One Tree Hill with your friends. When you know something good is about to happen you get a cheesy smile on your face and giggle or when something bad is going to happen you frown and start muttering at the tv “don’t say that!”, “stop, it’s a red light!”, “don’t kiss them!”, “why couldn’t you just wait!”, or my personal favorite: “oh no no no no! bad!” 6. You never, ever miss an episode and all of your friends know not to call you on Monday nights at 9:00 7. Immediately after watching the scenes-from-the-next episode you pace around the room because you can’t believe that you have to wait a WHOLE week till the next episode 8. You’re not an artist, fashion designer, athlete, singer (whichever doesn’t apply to you) but you really wish you could anyway 9. When you hear the letters HCM in a row, you are sure that the person speaking has a heart condition 10. You love one tree hill music and sometimes if you close your eyes you can picture the exact scene it was in and what was happening 11. You know random facts like “unkindness of ravens”, “parliament of owls”, “exaltation of larks”, “murder of crows”, etc 12. You know how to calculate your porn name 13. You want to go on a trip to North Carolina to see the famous Rivercourt and the filming of One Tree Hill 14. You love the quotes that Lucas used to say at the beginning of episodes sometimes by famous people and authors. You are suddenly interested in reading a book that Lucas has read 15. You put a lot of effort into your Halloween costume but you wish you could steal one of the costumes they wore in that episode (Angel of Death, devil, batman, Sandy from Grease, or…Tommy Lee?) haha 16. You wonder when your inner goth angel will come out and talk to you when you fall asleep If you’re a brucas fan: 1. You smile whenever you hear someone say “cheery” or “broody” and secretly you have nicknames like that with someone 2. You want to have a guy run out into the rain and say all of the reasons why you should be together, even if it means you’ll both get pneumonia 3. When you are ever buying embarrassing things at a drug store you ALWAYS look to see if you know anyone in line behind you (Lucas/Brooke/Deb awkward drug store encounter in season 1) 4. You love Brooke’s nickname “pretty girl” more than B. Davis and Tigger 5. You believe that Brucas was more than just some high school romance 6. You loved every Brucas with Angie scene in the last season 7. You tend to like happy Lucas more than broody Lucas If you’re a naley fan: 1. Whenever you see a cracker jack box you are tempted to get it, hoping you’ll get a cute bracelet 2. You laugh whenever you see people wearing ponchos 3. When you hear people say “always and forever” the first thing you think about is naley 4. You know beyond the shadow of a doubt that naley will be endgame no matter what (chris kiss, haley asking for divorce, etc) 5. You want another hot, steamy scene for naley ASAP because season 5 has been killing you by not having enough serious naley passion! If you’re a leyton fan: 1. You look up whenever you hear something that sounds like “Leyton” though it usually turns out to be someone talking about how they were “late on” or “late in” something. 2. You have begun using the word “epic” to describe true love 3. When you make chocolate chip cookies you wish you could put in WAY too much salt and have a guy as perfect as Lucas Scott laugh with you and start a cookie dough fight 4. You want to carve True Love Always in your door with your own true love 5. Whenever somebody talks about how they hate leyton and that they’re not meant to be, you are armed with exact quotes, episodes, and scenes that show why they are meant to be. (if you’re really hardcore you even remember really tiny things: like the leyton eye lock in that scene at naley’s wedding) 6. You are currently waiting for the next book that Lucas writes about his love for Peyton, even if he still hasn’t fully realized it (idiot!) 7. You think that right before season five started, the Lucas Scott you know and love must have been abducted by aliens or something because this whole “I am not in love with peyton” thing is stupid, wrong, and getting really old 8. You are positive that Mark Schwan believes in leyton but enjoys torturing them (get it-like tortured artist meets tortured athlete…: D) and is just trying to delay as long as possible disappointing either leyton or brucas fans. You are sure that it will be a leyton endgame though. 9. You felt like it was a sign directly from Mark Schwan when his character, Max, told Peyton that she just had to wait a little longer and things would work out for her. Clearly that meant that Mark Schwan was telling us that Leyton was coming up if we just wait a little bit longer 10. You look at a library differently than before: it used to be just for books or research but now it is the perfect place for forbidden kisses ADD MORE IN COMMENTS IF YOU CAN THINK OF ANY!!! |

-80% of ur ipod playlist is composed by oth music! when you hear a song on the radio that was in the show you automatically know what scene it's from
- you know a whole bunch of quotes
- you know which voiceover goes to almost every episode
- you spend unlimited hours downloading and rewatching eps on ur computer..how many nights i've lost like that..
- all your past google searches are in somewhat related to the show(duh!)
- most of your bookmarks online have to do with OTH
- someone says James and you go "Where's Nathan????" hahahaaaa
- you have the entire show on your computer plus photos of every character (i so have those!)

"i'll be seeing you" is like the lp version of "who are you?" "whoever you want me to be" of rm. they are both early on in the show and are repeated in a later season and are AMAZING!!! haha
