Well, since season 1 they have been The One for eachother.. I actually liked Bruca first, but after rewatching season 1, I just love Leyton.. I can`t understand why I loved Brucas in the first place:p But anyway, Leyton have this chemistry that is so amazing to watch, and they are like kathiria82 said, SOULMATES!!

no matter where they are, no matter who they're with...it always comes back to lucas and peyton. The word "always" comes to mind. Though the slogan "True Love Always" was only revealed this season, it's been echoing in leyton's relationship throughout the seasons. Peyton said she'd wait forever if she had to in s1. In s3, luke and peyton agreed that it would always be there. In s4, luke said no matter what happens, Peyton would always be in his heart; and peyton told luke she'd love him forever. S5, luke declared in his first book that he is and would always be, in love with peyton sawyer. Peyton had her and Luke's names carved on her wall - True Love Always. Brooke said: It has always been lucas and peyton, and that it's the way it's supposed to be.
No matter the circumstance, no matter who they're with, or where they are, Lucas and Peyton will never stop loving eachother. They'll never stop wanting eachother (whether they wanna admit it or not).
S6 might prove otherwise, but right now, Leyton looks eternal.
