I can answer the former, but not the latter...

I will, however, step in and ask your permission for the use of the image. I apologize for it having been used without asking first. A lot of the folks here are kids and do not realize that unauthorized use of certain images is illegal.

Forgive them? They are guilty of being over-enthusiastic...

We understand (although i think you may want to properly credit all things on your site such as those images unless you took the photographs yourself)

I would be pissed off too. I understand 100%.

Just for clarification, are you from OCC or another fan website? I ask because I am forwarding this to the owner of Fanpop and want to be clear on who's toes got stepped on ;)

I am just a Fan of OCC like you and American-Chopper.org is my Fansite of OCC.

So it is ok to user images von ac.org but please ask for it before using. ok?

I think I see my answer. You own the American Choppers Website and have permission from OCC to use the images... and then someone here came and took your banner without asking anyone.
