I don't think the anime is going to continue because the ending was a lot different than the manga chapter it's based on so they could finish the series. The manga is still going though :)

I know what you mean!! The manga is starting to reach a climax and it seems that it might end soon. But i think that there still would be more chapter but it does seem like it is going to end soon. Yet there is still many unanswered question still left in Ouran. So OURAN PLEASE DONT END SOON. We have to put fate in Bisco Hatori and make sure he makes a good ending for Ouran.
