ALRIGHT!!! So this article is going to cover chapter 68 of the Manga. Sorry it's going to be pretty long because this chapter was a great one! Yep, that's it. Just the one chapter. . . and then we have to wait for another month until the new one is written, released, and translated. . . :(

Ok, so where we left off, Tamaki had just said, out loud, that he loved Haruhi.
In the start of the chapter Tamaki is thinking about the time Haruhi was kidnapped. He thinks about how he blamed the kidnappers and then himself. He then remembers how relieved he is when he saw she was ok, saying that he was so relieved he thought he would die. He says that all the sloppy, scared feelings went away when he saw her smile. He then just thinks: "Ah yes. . . I'm in love with that person. . ." (Yippy!)
He then thinks about all the things he's said to her and around her in the past. You don't need me to even say the things he thought. Just think of Tamaki and his inner mind theatre and him playing the role of "daddy" for Haruhi. These thoughts pretty much haunt him now! lol He freaks out, saying that he's an idiot and he wants to know when...

The Host's great plan is to set up a relay race in the school! Haruhi spreads the word and Tamaki is surprised that he knew nothing, and wasn't involved, in the planning and participating of the event. Haruhi explains it's because he's been hurt. She encourages him to have Kanoya as a partner in the activity.
The prize for the winner is a Special Ticket that rules that the Host of choice will have to do whatever you want for one whole day.
Renge is all about it, stating that she will make another movie.
The football team want to join so they can make Kyoya their slave for a day.
The dude with red hair (the Host calls him Cassanova and I can never remember his real name! lol sorry!) wants to join in so he can win a date with Haruhi.
The athletic team wants to win so that Honey and Mori will participate with them in a competition.
The girls all say that they will take the Hosts out on a date during the weekend if they win.
Haruhi, reciting lines VERY badly, asks Tamaki to help them. She lists reasons to why if the others win it would be bad for the hosts. She asks Tamaki to participate and be sure to win, in order to save them all...

So Tamaki turns Kanoya down. They never show it but they kind of say that he declined her offer. But they're still friends and hang out. In the very next chapter (66 in fact) they're eating a homemade lunch she made for the two of them in the garden. While all the other Hosts spy on them! lol The boys talk about how "Princess Kanoya" advanced on Tamaki and confessed her feelings to him. Haruhi starts to worry and wonder what his response was. The boys and Haruhi get caught by Tamaki (they're hiding in the bushes and being quite loud lol) and he invites them to come share the lunch. Of course Kanoya is a great cook which makes it hard for the boys to hate her! lol
Tamaki excuses himself with Kyoya (Kyoya lectured him for not showing up at the host club at all the day before) causing Kanoya to worry that her lunch didn't taste good. The boys all comfort her and explain that Tamaki can sometimes be odd. She disagrees and describes how she sees him, how he's wonderful and she's happy whenever she thinks about him. This makes Haruhi worry. She feels that maybe Tamaki deserves better. She notices that Kanoya puts him first and that she really cares about him a lot....
