Because they're just perfect together. They make us smile. Peyton is the only girl whom Jake really cared about (aside from jenny of course!)We really want Jake and Peyton to end up with each other at the end. They both deserve to be happy as they always try their best to do what is right even if that is sacrificing their own relationship. They show love, lust and passion all in one and belong together as they are a family with Jenny. They connect on so many levels and you see it through the seasons. They always support each other, they make each other happy and they both deserve to be happy... they've been through so much. Also we love that fact Peyton is really like Jenny's mom. This is truly a love that is patient and kind. Zeenat said in the Jeyton Petition: "Because Jake is honestly the only guy I've ever seen Peyton truthfully happy with. In all their scenes together, Peyton is usually in a blissed out state of mind. Their love is one of the only relationships on Tree Hill that's never faced any drama/fights due to the two protagonists in the relationship. There may have been drama surrounding Nikki wanting Jenny, but there were never any problems directly coming from Peyton and Jake. Together they make a great team, and have already shown they would make wonderful parents together. Peyton took to Jenny immediately and vice versa, she became the mother of Jake's child. And considering she's always been unsure of her status or place in a relationship with any of the other men she's had in her life - this shows a big step for Peyton.
