I know aboot dowloading, photoshop is an expecive thing but then again they do these types of downloads all the time, so just google words such as photoshop free download, you could try photoshop elements too, it's practically the same.
There are a few other things that are free, i have heard gimp (i think it's name is gimp is very good and is free, try looking on yahoo answers i bet you not the first person to ask this.
