Will was walking in the stadium. He held the silver symbol in his hand and was studying it. "You know, there is something special about those symbols." Will looked up and saw a 17 year old. He wore blue jeans, a green shirt with a black jacket. Brown eyes, glasses, and black hair. "They are kinda like gym badges, the knowledge symbol allow pokemon to be smarter in the moves they are given. But, you still need to figure out which moves to use." "Who are you?" Will aksed. "I am a Frontier Champion. Many people have heard about me and few have faced me. I see some potential in you, but you are not ready yet. But, I will tell you the steps on how to face me. First, you must earn the gold symbol. In order to do that, you must face seven trainers who have earned the silver symbol as well. A tournament is going to be held tomorrow. Only silver symbol winners can enter. Win that, you'll face Noland. This time, he'll be tougher. Be ready, after that, I'll tell you the next step." The lights went off for about five seconds and they came back on. He disappeared. "Tomorrow, eh? This oughta be fun. And a frontier champion, he really must be good." Will left the stadium...

Chapter 3-1: Greetings From Glitch City!
"If you didn't sleep in, we wouldn't be late! Dawn said to me as we were heading to Jubilife City. It was the day we were supposed to meet Ash Ketchum in Jubilife City.
"I can't wait to meet him! I want to challenge Ash to a battle!" Dawn said.
"Great way to lose." I replied. "We aren't meeting a rookie like us."
"Here we are!" Dawn said as we entered Jubilife City. "Now, where do we look?"
"I see him over there!" I answered. "Hi, are you Ash Ketchum?"
"Yes, I am." He replied. "I've seen that Team Rocket has been trying to steal your pokemon. Is that right?"
"Yes, they are the worst thieves ever!" Dawn answered.
"But they are not all bad, they caused my Seedot to evolve into a Nuzleaf!" I added.
"I think I will tell you some of my tricks to being more evasive with them. Meet me at the Evolution Noodle Shop tonight, and we will talk about it." Ash told us. Just then, two people, a man with purple hair, and a woman with long red hair, approached us.

"No way, there is no way he could possibly exist."
"I'm telling you he does, he only challenges those elite trainers. You know, the ones that have faced Noland? Well, he apparently challenged another one. Turns out this guy was tossed up and beaten down." Three trainers were talking at the Battle Factory. The Battle Frontier had gone public with new changes, like the Battle Factory: now trainers not only fight random pokemon, they use random pokemon as well (just like in pokemon emerald). These three were not the best, they just liked the battles. Yet, even they have heard rumours of an elite trainer. Another Trainer walked by as they were talking. "Hey, what are three talking about?"
"The Battle Fatory elite trainer." The one trainer laughed. "Heh, that guy eh? Well, I heard that he calls himself the battle Tactician.
"Seriously? Really? Wow, he must be good." The group split up for some more battles. The one trainer spoke to himself. "Oh yes, he is good. I am the best here after all."
